I am passionate in design concerning human experience and interactions, ranging from Service, Product, to UX Design, and I actively take part in the entire design process from User Research to Product Development. Teamwork and collaborations greatly inspire me, while I am proficient in managing my tasks and responsibilities. To me, each project is a new adventure which I look forward to exploring with all team members and stakeholders.

EXPAT RELOCATION MANAGEMENT TOOL
UX/UI design, product design, service design, user research
This is a digital platform and management tool for employers to process immigration procedures for their employees coming from abroad. The product facilitates collaboration among legal service providers, employers, and employees, and covers the entire Dutch immigration procedure, as well as monitors the validity of the residence permits.
ROLL-E: ROI BOOSTER FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE EXHIBITIONS
Strategy and service design, UX/UI design
RAI is one of the biggest international trade exhibition organizers in Europe. The project introduces a digital service and strategy to enable closer collaboration between RAI and their customers, and to increase their ROI by delivering actionable data and insights to the exhibitors before, during, and after an event.
CARETUNES FOR FAMILIES: CONNECTING ICU PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH MUSIC

CareTunes for Families is a service that connects ICU patients and their families through music that is generated from the patients’ physiological data. The service fulfils the families' emotional and social needs by presenting the patients to their families in a warm and assuring way, creating a positively memorable experience.
SUNRISE MEDICAL ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR JOYSTICK MODULE REDESIGN

The project improves the usability and UX of the electric wheelchair joystick module "R-Net JSM-2" by enhancing intuition, increasing physical and visual comfort, and giving users more control of the system.
STARSHIP: DIGITAL TEACHING AIDS FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN
User research, UX/UI design
Starship is an app that supports autistic children's training of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills. It is used by parents and therapists to achieve consistent training and efficient communication, and enables therapists to quickly build personalized teaching aids for each individual case.
# HASHTAG 2018 JOINT-UNIVERSITY DESIGN EXHIBITION

The “# Hashtag 2018 Joint-university Design Exhibition” was a cross-disciplinary exhibition showcasing more than 100 graduation projects of more than 200 students from five design departments of three top technology universities in Taiwan.
