IN-HOUSE DESIGN TEAM AT RAI AMSTERDAM CONVENTION CENTER
Created a collaboration strategy and data collection tool in order to provide actionable data and insights for trade exhibition event-goers, and to improve the performance of event organizers and the exhibitors. Main responsibilities include user research, strategy and service design, UX/UI design, workshop facilitation, and presentation.

COGNITIVE EXPERIENCE DESIGN OF VIRTUAL REALITY: A PRELIMINARY STUDY
Explored human’s cognitive experience and spatial cognition ability within a virtual environment through experiments, including spatial memory and comprehension strategies, body movements, emotional changes, etc.

2018 JOINT-UNIVERSITY DESIGN GRADUATE EXHIBITION ORGANIZER
Led the exhibition planning section of a cross-disclipinary design exhibition of more than 100 design projects and in charge of: section management, exhibition space design, exhibit stand design, and communication with faculties and construction companies.

INTERNSHIP AT TAIWAN DESIGN CENTER (TDC)
Pioneered in the TDC (now: Taiwan Design Research Institute) - AIC service design project, and in charge of early user research and project planning in order to increase the number of visitors to the AIC, while reinforcing its connection with the rest of TDC divisions.
